This series has been entertaining for the most part. A few stories are just so-so. This is one of the fun books. Derek and James are in every book, since they are the bosses. This story begins with Derek finally understanding James is more important than the mission. Not an easy thing for a career military man to learn. The angst is really low key even though the MCs don’t get physical until half way through the story. I enjoyed the dialog and the plot. My favorite part is seeing the characters from previous books and learning what’s going on in their lives. It’s like a family reunion every book.
